How does FASTag auto-sync work?

Every night we pull your FASTag statement from your bank or the NETC portal. We then match each toll to a booking by car number and time. Any toll we cannot match goes into a queue, so you can assign it in one tap.

Can clients book directly?

Yes. Every account gets a public booking page (your own web address) and a WhatsApp number. Both go to the same inbox you see, with your rate cards added on their own.

What about sub-fleets and vendors?

Sub-fleet vendors get a limited login to accept bookings, mark trips done, and send settlements. You see their costs next to your own in the customer profit and loss.

Do you support multi-city operations?

Yes. Each city can have its own booking chart, drivers, cars, and rate cards. All bookings, invoices, and reports still come together in one company view.
